Jakub Kiwior could be handed a route away from Arsenal, with three Serie A clubs lined up. However, Arsenal will not make it easy.
Since arriving at Arsenal in 2023, Jakub Kiwior is yet to establish himself as a star. He's not a nailed-on starter which is to be expected given his competition. However, even when he does play, he very rarely sets himself higher in Mikel Arteta's estimations.
This season, Jakub Kiwior's frailties have been exposed on a few different occasions. He is not defensively disciplined and to put it frankly, he is inept in one-on-one defensive situations.
However, Arsenal are not prepared to give up on him easily. If the Poland international is to leave, it will come at a cost.
Three Serie A sides are in contention to sign Arsenal transfer flop
According to a report from Tutto Mercato, Arsenal require between €20m (£16.6m) and €25m (£20.8m). Furthermore, Arsenal are not willing to let Kiwior leave on loan. It will be a permanent sale or nothing.
The Italian outlet claims that there are now three Serie A clubs in contention to sign him. Inter and AC Milan's interest is known and documented. Now, Napoli have joined the competition to bring Kiwior back to Italy.
Arsenal signed Jakub Kiwior from Spezia and it is clear that Kiwior left a lasting impression in Italy, with the three biggest clubs lining up to sign him. However, time will tell whether or not any of them are willing to pay Arsenal's fee.
The Italian outlet does reinstate that it is not certain whether or not Arsenal are even willing to sell him. What they do know is that they are completely unwilling to let him go out on loan.
This is not a surprise, considering the investment Arsenal made for Kiwior in 2023. Unfortunately, his future does not look promising in North London but I hope I'm proven wrong.
