Arsenal are back in action on Saturday when they host London rivals Fulham in another must-win Premier League clash. The Gunners held their nerve against Newcastle United last weekend, and they will have to do so again here against a Fulham side just goal difference away from a potential European spot and one point off a guaranteed path to Europe.

Both sides have plenty to play for here, and Arsenal will have to shake off some fatigue having been involved in Champions League action during the week, drawing with Atletico Madrid away from home in the semi-final first leg.

Ahead of Saturday's clash, with comes a full two days before Manchester City are in action against Everton, we have rounded up all the injury news surrounding both sides.

Kevin Santos - Out

Silva is back doing individual work after an ankle injury, but this is going to come too soon for him as he bids to return before the end of the season.

Alex Iwobi - Out

Iwobi picked up a thigh injury last weekend, and Silva said after the game: "[It's] really bad news to lose a player like Iwobi. Difficult to say a timescale, but back before the end of the season."

Kenny Tete - Doubt

Similarly to Santos, Tete is back doing work on the grass, but while he is a little further along than Santos, and close enough to be ruled as a doubt, it remains very likely this one will come too soon.

Ryan Sessegnon - Doubt

Sessegnon came off last weekend, and Silva gave the following update: "He did great, great work. Let's hope nothing serious - he was feeling something there - and we have to not take a risk with him, because we know his past, we have to be careful." We haven't heard anything since, so Sessegnon goes down as a doubt for now.

Mikel Merino - Out

Merino could be out for the season after undergoing surgery earlier in the year, although it's not out of the question that he returns for the last game of the season. Arteta said recently: "He's another one that is going to push every boundary. He's out of his boot now. He's doing quite a lot of exercises already. He's reacted really well to the surgery. He's got no pain... I'm sure there is a chance to make that period shorter."

Jurrien Timber - Out

Arteta said in his pre-match press conference before the Atletico Madrid game: "We don't know yet. He is doing some stuff on the pitch at the moment. He needs to do some more things before he can compete with us." Logically, Timber faces too quick a turnaround to be back for this weekend, given he has some boxes to tick.

Kai Havertz - Doubt

Havertz was ruled out of the Atletico Madrid game with a groin issue. It was described as a 'niggle' so it's possible the German returns here.
