This week, Pain in the Arsenal published an update from Fabrizio Romano which stated that Arsenal were in the market for a left-back. The Italian journalist claimed that no discourse had been entered with Zinchenko over his future at the club but reading between the lines, it does seem that Zinchenko is walking on a thin tightrope before the summer transfer window.

Jurrien Timber (winner)

Jurrien Timber has missed all of this season through injury, except the brief period he played during Arsenal's first game of the Premier League season.

He is expected to return before the end of the season as he has been spotted in training over the last few weeks. There have been some changes to the starting lineup but Timber is tipped to re-enter the starting lineup, given the obvious class he showed at the start of the season.

Removing Zinchenko from the hierarchy would only serve to benefit Timber as this sets the Dutchman as a cut above the rest (with the greatest respect to his teammates).
