Arsenal vs PSG: Preview, Prediction, Lineup & How to watch on TV
- Arsenal take on French champions PSG in second league phase outing
- Gunners' Champions League campaign started with stalemate against Atalanta
- PSG beat Girona 1-0 in their first game
Arsenal are in blockbuster Champions League action on Tuesday night as they welcome Paris Saint-Germain to the Emirates.
The Gunners opened up their league phase campaign with a respectable draw at Atalanta less than two weeks ago, with David Raya's heroics ensuring the visitors escaped with a stalemate.
Gian Piero Gasperini's side pose a unique challenge, and Arsenal often floundered in Bergamo but the length of the all-new league phase means the Gunners have ample opportunities to rack up enough points which will see them automatically progress into the round of 16.
PSG will also be aiming to secure a top-eight berth, and their campaign got off to a winning start thanks to a late Paulo Gazzaniga blunder between the Girona posts. The former Tottenham goalkeeper allowed Nuno Mendes' effort to squeeze through his legs in the final minute of normal time.
Luis Enrique's side, like Arsenal, remain unbeaten at the start of the new season, and we should be in for a belting contest on Tuesday night.

Arsenal vs PSG Head-to-Head Record
These two grand clubs have faced off just four times, and only two of these games arrived in the Champions League. The pair were drawn against each other in the 2016/17 group stage, with both contests ending all-square. In fact, three of the four games have ended in draws. The anomaly was a memorable Arsenal victory at Highbury in the semi-final first leg of their 1993/94 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup. A Kevin Campbell goal was the difference in north London, and the Gunners went on to win the final 1-0 against Parma.

Arsenal Team News
There were fears that Riccardo Calafiori may have sustained a fairly significant knee injury late on against Leicester at the weekend, but the Italian has avoided a major issue.
Oleksandr Zinchenko is still weeks away from a comeback, and it's unlikely we'll ever see Kieran Tierney in Arsenal colours again. Martin Odegaard is the most notable absentee, but he will hopefully be back in action after the October break.
Mikel Merino and Takehiro Tomiyasu were pictured in training on Monday, with the pair potentially being involved.
Predicted Arsenal lineup vs PSG: Raya; Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori; Jorginho, Rice, Havertz; Saka, Trossard, Martinelli.
PSG team news
It was revealed on Monday that Ousmane Dembele will not travel to London with the rest of the PSG squad. The maverick winger had a disagreement with Enrique after their 3-1 victory over Rennes on Friday night, and the manager has decided to discipline the Frenchman by dropping him from the squad for Tuesday's game.
Marco Asensio or Desire Doue are the most likely contenders to replace Dembele in the starting XI.
The visitors are also without long-term injury absentees Goncalo Ramos, Presnel Kimpbembe, and Lucas Hernandez. Gianluigi Donnarumma has been included in the travelling squad.
Predicted PSG lineup vs Arsenal: Donnarumma; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Mendes; Vitinha, Neves, Fabian; Barcola, Asensio, Doue.
Arsenal vs PSG Score Prediction
PSG are a formidable outfit in Kylian Mbappe's absence, although Dembele has arguably been their standout performer this season and his absence will be a blow for the away side.
Arsenal were forced to strike late against Leicester, but the Gunners produced a performance that would overwhelm most teams, including this fine PSG team. The battle for control will be fierce on Tuesday, but I expect the hosts to dominate the midfield battle and tame a PSG attack that'll be leaning heavily on Bradley Barcola.
Their defence is stern across the board and the return of Donnarumma is significant, but I fancy Arsenal to claim a statement Champions League win on home soil.
Prediction: Arsenal 2-1 PSG
