Mikel Arteta will select his first lineup of Arsenal's 2025/26 pre-season campaign as they take on AC Milan on Wednesday.
The Gunners will be looking to begin their preparations for the new season positively, with the boss likely to put out a side of decent strength. He has a long list of names at his disposal after 30 players from the first team and academy sides travelled to Asia.
With senior squad regulars, new signings and Hale Enders all in with a chance, here is the starting XI that Arteta could field against AC Milan.
Predicted Arsenal lineup vs AC Milan (4-3-3)

Goalkeeper & Defenders
David Raya (GK) - Having taken the number one shirt ahead of the new season, he will continue to be Arteta's first-choice between the sticks. He should start against Milan, but may give way at half-time for new signing Kepa to make his debut.
Jurrien Timber (RB) - He established himself as Arsenal's primary right back during last campaign and he will likely be the option to start tomorrow.
William Saliba (CB) - One half of the Gunners' rock-solid centre back pairing, Saliba will be heading into his fourth season as a starter for his side and is likely to be selected by Arteta.
Jakub Kiwior (CB) - With Gabriel still recovering from his season-ending injury despite travelling with the squad, Kiwior is likely to be the starting option on the left side of defence. He was solid when standing in for the Brazilian and should continue that form.
Myles Lewis-Skelly (LB) - Fresh off committing his future to his boyhood club, the youngster is set for another huge season at Arsenal. Despite rumours he will return to a midfield role ahead of the new campaign, he is likely to start at left back against Milan.
Midfielders
Martin Zubimendi (DM) - A fresh addition to the squad, Zubimendi is expected to be Arteta's first choice holding midfielder next season so is likely to be thrown in the deep end and make his debut against Milan.
Martin Odegaard (CM) - The skipper will be leading the side out on Wednesday and will be looking to improve his performances ahead of a new campaign
Declan Rice (CM) - Following Zubimendi's arrival at the base of midfield, Rice should continue playing in the number eight role heading into the new season so should start there in tomorrow's matchup with Milan.
Forwards
Bukayo Saka (RW) - Saka started last season absolutely brilliantly, but it was cruelly hindered by injury. He will be looking to have the same impact this time around and that will start with Wednesday's game.
Kai Havertz (ST) - Arsenal have finally agreed a deal to sign Viktor Gyokeres, but he is yet to travel to Asia to join up with the squad. As a result, Kai Havertz will be the starting striker to face Milan and he will have to perform if he is to fight for his place next season.
Gabriel Martinelli (LW) - Proposed as a potential outgoing this summer, Martinelli will have to perform throughout pre-season if he wants to cement his spot in the side for the new campaign. He is likely to start against Milan.
