Arsenal are going through a really busy period right now. Games are coming in thick and fast, and now some players don't even have time to rest and prepare for the next game - and boom, the next game's already there.

Arsenal have managed through this period very efficiently, though. A lot of the credit goes to the manager, who has done really well in rotating the players whenever he needed to.

A lot of the rest of the credit also goes to the players, obviously, because they have been really, really good for a really good time. This is the deepest Arsenal squad that fans have seen in decades.

They have quality players in every single position, and all of them are contributing to the aspirations that the club has. They want to win the Premier League. They want to win the Carabao Cup. They want to win the Champions League. They want to win the FA Cup. And this is just the squad they needed.

Every player, even though the club has faced so many injuries, has come through with really good performances and has replaced the starters in a really good way.

Arteta, too, has managed the injury problems really efficiently. Even without three strikers, he managed to get goalscoring output from his forwards.

So he deserves a lot of credit for whatever's going on.

He was asked about managing players' game-time, and having so many good players in so many good positions, and somehow trying to keep everyone happy, which is normally a really tough job.

He said: “I see it as a privilege. Because of the attitude of the players, they make your job a joy. We had situations where we didn’t have a choice and up front for many months we had a situation, and now we have a situation in the backline. But it doesn’t matter. We have situations like Christian [Nørgaard], like Kepa, like any player who is there constantly.

“Whatever the role that they have on the day or in training, they fulfil it. And then when they play, that’s what they do. And every player has to be with that mindset because you’re going to have a big role to play. You want to achieve what you want to achieve and it’s going to be the only way. So I’m very happy that everybody who is now available is with that mindset, with that attitude. And then when they have to play, they perform like they did today.”

Arteta looks at it as a blessing more than a curse, which is just what you want to hear as an Arsenal fan. He is spot on with his quotes on this one.

There is so much quality in this Arsenal side, but they would not be able to achieve what they want to achieve without the help of these players.

So it is also really fascinating to see a manager who sees the good. He sees good players and gives them the opportunity to start whenever they are required to play.

Christian Norgaard, Gabriel Jesus, and other players in that realm have not played as much as they would have wanted to, and as much as their performances would make them deserving of.

But Arteta knows that it is really, really important for these players to play when it's needed, for them to know their role, and for them to help the team in as many ways as possible.

Arsenal are in a good spot at the moment in terms of depth, coaching, and quality.

Now all they have to do is combine everything and win the titles they've wanted to win for a very long time.
