Arsenal continue their pre-season campaign on Sunday as they face Premier League rivals Newcastle in Singapore.

The Gunners will be looking to maintain their winning start, having secured a 1-0 victory over AC Milan in their opening game earlier this week. Mikel Arteta selected a strong lineup against the Serie A side and will likely do the same for the test against the Magpies.

He still has plenty of names to choose from and some would have impressed when coming off the bench against Milan so he may change a thing or two on Sunday. Here is the Arsenal team that could start against Newcastle.

David Raya (GK) - He looked good against Milan and provided something with his attempts to distribute from the back. Despite's Kepa's penalty shootout heroics, Raya should continue between the sticks, even if it's just for one half.

Ben White (RB) - With Jurrien Timber still unavailable, White is likely to continue on the right flank of defence. He impressed in the last outing and will be looking to have the same impact this time around.

William Saliba (CB) - One of the best performers against Milan as he showed just how dominant he can be in the backline. He should start once again on Sunday.

Jakub Kiwior (CB) - Riccardo Calafiori was chosen ahead of him for Wednesday's test, but he should return to the lineup for this one. He came off the bench for the second half and looked good in defence while also assisting Saka's winner.

Myles Lewis-Skelly (LB) - Another man who didn't start with Oleksandr Zinchenko picked ahead of him. Lewis-Skelly looked far more composed than his Ukrainian counterpart after being subbed on and will start as a result.

Midfielders

Christian Norgaard (DM) - Despite Martin Zubimendi's positive debut performance, Norgaard will likely start at the base of midfield. He was selected for media duty alongside Mikel Arteta and as a result will probably be the gaffer's first choice against Newcastle.

Ethan Nwaneri (CM) - Was one of the standout players against Milan and caused plenty of problems in midfield and on the right flank. He will continue in place of captain Martin Odegaard.

Declan Rice (CM) - Another man who caused issues in the middle of the park, Rice is likely to continue in the starting lineup for the tie with the Magpies.

Forwards

Bukayo Saka (RW) - Grabbed the winner against Milan with a scuffed shot and looked really positive as he combined well with White to cause all sorts of problems down the right side. Should continue against Newcastle.

Kai Havertz (ST) - Viktor Gyokeres is yet to be announced as an Arsenal player despite news of an agreement and impending medical, so Havertz will continue up front. He managed 80 minutes against Milan and was involved in plenty of build-up play so should look to offer the same.

Leandro Trossard (LW) - Caused problems on the left flank and played a part in his side's winner after being brought off the bench. Will likely start on the wing on Sunday.
